The application fee and admin fee are due when you apply. The deposit is due 48 hours after approval. At move-in, rent, pet fees, garage fees, and building facility fees are due.

Yes. Additional monthly charges include pet rent, a building facility fee, and usage-based utilities for water, sewer, and trash.
