We currently have open parking, on a first-come, first-served basis. We do offer garages for rent which would ensure you always have the same place to park. There are future plans for implementing reserved parking.

Yes, we accept both cats and dogs with pet rent and pet deposit. Some dog breed restrictions apply. Please contact the leasing office for details.

The screening process can take anywhere from 72hrs up to a week. 

Rent is due on the first of each month and late by the 3rd. Rent can be paid via your online account using a credit card or banking info. We also accept personal checks, money orders or cashier checks.

Yes. The minimum coverage amount for personal liability is $100,000.00 and The Preserve at Greenway Park must be listed as an additional insured.

For our area Spectrum or CenturyLink are available. You may also use Dish Netwrok or Direct TV, with additional insurance and provisions for the satellite dish placement.

Yes. We require a 60-day notice to vacate and there is the option of a lease buy-out fee which will be two times the amount of your base rent, due within 30 days of giving notice.

We will provide you with the phone numbers of the local utility companies for your gas and electric as well as your physical address for your new home. Water, Sewer, & Trash will be billed through us to be paid with your rent each month.

None. The resident pays for all utilities.

All units are painted and cleaned upon each move-out. All appliances are checked for proper operation as well. Maintenance ensures that all appliances are in good working order, paints the walls, and addresses any issues throughout the apartment. Professional cleaners then go in shampoo the carpets and thoroughly clean the unit.

No, We will need your permission to enter in writing before we will enter.

Yes, and an on-call number for after-hours emergency services.

You may place a work order request through your online portal, call the office or send an email to the property email address.
