Pet Policy


We accept two pets per apartment.  All pets are to be brought to our office for a pet interview/approval before allowed to stay on the property. Please speak with our leasing team for full details. 

A one-time non-refundable fee of $300 regardless of number of pets. 
$200 security deposit 
$40 monthly pet rent 

The following breeds are not allowed at the Property. This restriction includes any dog that has any of the following breeds in its lineage:

  • Pit Bull (aka American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier)
  • Chow-Chow
  • Doberman Pinscher
  • Rottweiler
  • German Shepard
  • Bull-Mastiff
  • Akkita
  • Wolf Hybrids
  • Great Dane
  • Or any others mixed with these breeds. 
  • You are responsible for knowing the lineage of your dog and for correctly identifying all breeds in that lineage when submitting information to Landlord about the lineage or type of your dog. Breed restrictions are subject to change without notice.

If more than one person is applying for this lease and you have a pet, please only list the pet on one application.
